Conditional Formatting in Access Reports?

Hello

I have a report that shows fuel consumption in litres for various sites. In some instances this figure can be a minus figure. Is there any way in an Access Report to highlight the minus figure by displaying the font in red.
Something similar to the "Conditional Formatting" facility in "Excel".

Appreciate any advice

Cheers

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
In Access 2000 or newer you can use Conditional Formatting in the Format menu, otherwise the following code should work.

In the "Format" event of the DETAIL section of your report, put something like:

Private Sub Detail_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)
If Me.YourFieldName < 0 Then
Me.YourTextBox.ForeColor = vbRed
Else
Me.YourTextBox.ForeColor = vbBlack
End If
End Sub
