Excel Facts

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Select the area that you want to highlight A1:AB40 or however long your calendar is. Then select the conditional formatting base on new rule:

=A$2="Sat"

This maybe completely wrong but I always fill out my trackers but using Mon, Tues, Wed then using the "Fill Handle", the little black box in the corner when you select Mon, Tues, Wed all together when you drag it across the screen. Excel will automatically fill everything in. Works for the dates too.
