Here's my problem. I need to write a conditional formatting equation that will highlight the cell if it is equal to the contents of either D16, G16, J16, or M15.

If ANY of those cells share the same value as my activecell, I'd need it to return true and format the activecell. I've tried several methods using OR( but none of them seem to work. Any ideas?

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Thanks for the response, Lenze. And I'm sorry about the delay. Small emergency yesterday evening before I left.

This is actually what I tried first. I've entered the formula into a cell and it returns true, but when I put it in the conditional formatting rule the cell never changes to the described formatting.

Scratch that last one Lenze. It turns out that I was being stupid and entered the formula wrong. P.S.- Scotch is the answer to many of life's problems :)
