Conditional Formatting with error

Hi Guys, Is it possible to put this function into conditional formatting cos it shows error of the subcontraction.
=IF(WORKDAY((C1-1),1,TableNew[Holidays (A2:End)])=C1,IF(SUM(COUNTIFS(Table22[(5)],{"","AL","VL"}))>2,3,0),0)>2

Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Without a better description and a visual example, I'm going to say that it is not possible. There are too many errors in your attempted formula to work out what you are trying to do.

You can not use array constants in a conditional formatting rule {"","AL","VL"} is not valid, you would need to do (COUNTIF(range,"")+COUNTIF(range,"AL")+COUNTIF(range,"VL")
You can not use table names directly in conditional formatting, you would need to enter the table references as text strings with the INDIRECT function.
If (A2:End) is meant to be a range union, then that is also invalid.

There could be other problems, but those are the ones that stand out.
