Needing a little help please. I'm needing conditional the formula for Column C to add text after doing a lookup of the value in Column B and the corresponding values in Column F. Please see the screenshot for an example. The data and conditioning were manually entered to show what the output should look like.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Excel Facts

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Please try the following Conditional Formula on Cell C5 and Copy down as needed:
Excel Formula:
=IF($B5>=$F$8,$E$8,IF($B5>=$F$7,$E$7,IF($B5>=$F$6,$E$6,IF($B5>=$F$5,$E$5,""))))
