Afternoon all,

I am attempting to conditional format a series of 4 columns (M:P) so that the highest number is red, the lowest number is green and all other values are unformatted. In this I'd like to exclude zeros. Any ideas?

Thanks.
Chris

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
For MIN use something like this
Code:
=M1=MIN(IF($M$1:$P$100<>0,$M$1:$P$100))
Similar for Max

Hey Lenze

Thanks for the helpful info.
I am wondering why the formula has to include the "=M1" before the actual fomula. What is that for?

Thanks
