Hello,
Im using the following formula in Column "AP": =IF(LEN($AM4)>1,$T4,"")
Using Conditional Formatting(cell value >0) in Column "AP" to highlight cells, it highlights blank cells also.
How do I get around this in Conditional Formatting?

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Not sure why that wouldn't work, but maybe try using a Conditional Formatting formula instead, i.e.
Excel Formula:
=AND($AP4>0,$AP4<>"")
