How would I construct the formula to apply a conditional formatting to highlight a cell (red or green) in a range by matching dates in row 2 (funds added/ship date to date in col D-I)?

select the range C3:G5
then use a conditional formatting formula
for red
=$A3=C$2

then a 2nd Rule for Green
=$B3=C$2
