I have a range in one column (G22:G200) with different numbers (1-5) and I have one cell that has a date (D4) and I have another column range that has different dates (O22:O200)

What im trying to say is if range G22:G200 has #2 and date in D4 is greater than O22:O200 then it should be highlighted as green

The formulas i currently have are
=If(\$G\$22:\$G\$200=2,(&O\$22:\$O\$200>\$D\$4))
=IFS(THEN(\$G\$22:\$G\$200=2(&O\$22:\$O\$200>\$D\$4)

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.

Yes, some are but u know what that would only matter if I'm doing less than instead of greater than. And for comparasion purposes I don't really need to do that. So I'm okay now... THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help! I hope you have a great rest of your day!
