Conditional formatting

I am trying to get this to work for conditional formatting but seem to be stuck even though it seems simple enough.

If cell j2 has a any value then cell I2 needs to be filled in orange.

Ha I knew it was simple, it worked. I felt like I tried that and it didn’t work, I might have forgotten to use the quotations or something. Thank you!!
