I have 3 columns with data, they are not in order. Row has amount and one can see the highest, middle and least. Below it i have 3 percentages as well, not in order but you can tell the largest, middle and smallest. Assuming columns are A, B and C and my rows are from 2 to 3. Last row being blank..
What i have been able to do
1. Add Conditional format to identify the highest % in row 2.
2. Add conditonal format to identify the amount in row 1 that correspond to the highest percentage identified in row 2 - i used index and match.
My problem.
I need a dynamic formular. That meets the following conditions.
a) if amount identified with second formular is the highest, i need second highest amount hightlighted
b) if amount identified with second formular is the middle amount, i need the highest amount highlighted
c) if the amount identified with the second formular is the least amount, i need the middle amount highlighted

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Welcome to the MrExcel board!

From that description I'm not quite sure what is in your sheet and what you are trying to do. Perhaps you could post some small dummy sample data with XL2BB and explain again in relation to the sample data so that we could look at it and copy for testing.
