Conditional formatting

Hi all..

I know there is something in the back logs on this topic but seeking a solution.

So I traced the detail that you can't copy a format directly down a column and then ask it to look left into the ref column to see if the data in the columns is equal and then format a colour.

So column A would be where I place a formula to look acrosss column B, C, D, E and then return the min value. Then in column B, C, D, E I want to add the formatting to look at column A in row a1 then continue the process down 100 rows.

Appreciation in advances excelers..

I got it to work across the columns, but only by manual copy that specific row..

I seen chatbot pushed out a formula but it all went south when I wanted to spill down the copy.

and then a ormatting rule
