Hi,

Is there any way to use some form of conditional formatting which has over 3 conditions, I am looking to highlight within a large range of random numbers any which equal 7 chosen ones.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
And you want 7 different formats for highlighting?

Are the 7 chosen ones in a list by any chance? If so a simple MATCH formula can be part of a condition formula to highlight the cells. Give cells locations of your ranges and I can tell you the formula to use.
