Conditional formatting...

I'm looking to use conditional formatting to color code (blue) cell A5 if either cells D4 or D5 have value less than or greater than zero. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks....

Select A5, goto Format>Conditional formatting..., select formula is, enter this

=OR(D4<>0, D5<>0)

and format as required.

Use "Formula is" (in A5) :

=OR(D4<0, D4>0,D5<0,D5>0)
........then set blue as your condition
