Conditional formatting

Hello,

I am using Excel 2010

I would like to conditionally format the cells in column A so that if the value is equal to that in D1, then colour the cell (in this case A3) yellow. Then colour other cells green if they are between the high and low end values (in this case cells A4 & A5).

So I need A3 to be yellow and A4 and A5 to be green

Your help appreciated
