Hi everyone. I have two excel worksheets, one with YTD date and another with forecasted data. The format of the spreadsheets are identical. I want to combine these two sheets into one, which will give me a base for my budget. I did this by using the Consolidate function. However, when that happened, it summed all the cells of my two worksheets, but I lost my formulas and formats. I want to update this new spreadsheet with budget data, but all my subtotals and totals are lost. Any ideas on how to combine the data into one, without losing the formulas or formats? Thanks all!

If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
