Consolidating Data

I have 4 Trial Balances for 4 different branches which I need to combine into one Trial Balance. Is is best to use the Data Consolidate function or is there a more effient way to do this.

Your assistance will be much appreciated.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
