Continue without waiting?

Hi,

I am opening a database connection, which takes around 2-3 minutes, depends on the netwrok thru. The excel hangs till that time.

Is there a way to continue after issuing the command (Database.open), with out waiting for it to complete?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
