Conversion clean up

Hey everyone,

I have recently converted from a PDF to Excel and have various formatting issues which I am trying to fix.

Below is an example of the table once converted.

Is there a method to do this quickly or better to just go through manually?

This can be done using Power Query to import a PDF.
There are many Youtube channels that demonstrate how to do this. You have Power Query in your version of excel.
Channels by Mr. Excel, ExcelIsFun, MyOnlineTrainingHub, and Leila Gharani are always informative.
