Convert comma to decimel to separte the number

Hi
I have some funky numbers where I see only comma and not decimal

296,86
5780,154,295,96

As you see there are all comma in the numbers above.

296,86 should be 296.86

Perhaps:
=SUBSTITUTE(A1,",","")/100

Copy down.
Format as Number with 2 decimal places
