Convert to TXT without ""

I have a file that I need to convert to a tab delimited text file for uploaidng into another system. I have the entire worksheet formatted to General (but I have also tried Text), however whenever to do the File Save As... And select the Tab Delimited, the file puts quotes (" ") around the text files.

How can I stop the Quotes from appearing in my text file, it is causing numerious issues with my upload......

Any help would be appreciated, I have been playing with this for over 3 hours!!!!
