Hi! i need help:confused:

I have a .txt file, how can i convert it to an asc file???

Thanks

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
What do you mean by "asc"? UTF-8, some other encoding?

What do you need to do this for? That might help suggest a method.

The only thing i know is that the extension of this file is .asc and it contains a list of numbers that i can also open by excel.
i need that kind of file for a work in my university.i have to put that file in a program named Loreta that only read that kind of extension.

There are many ways a txt file can be encoded. Try just changing the extension to asc; Loreta will tell you if she doesn't like it.
