Hello all,

Here is the situation, i have a index search formula i have in a column. The problem is that they are wanting the value in the cell to just be the result of the formula and not the formula or a formula. I can't have the formula anywhere else on the sheet so the next best thing would be to add the formula to vba coding and have it run the formula and just add the value to the result into the cell. Here is the following formula for row 2

=INDEX('Data Table'!$C$4:$F$12,MATCH(Assessment!L2,'Data Table'!$B$4:$B$12,0),MATCH(Assessment!N2,'Data Table'!$C$3:$F$3,0))

The two sheets in excel are titled 'Data Table' and 'Assessment'.

Please let me know what type of code i can do in order to give me just a value located within the Data Table. Thank you.

Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

if you do it infrequently, run your formula, then copy paste value

I can't. The sheet/program i'm running is monthly and currently 75,000 rows. So copy and pasting each one is out of the question. That is why i want a code because i'm going to add it to a certain point in my program that when i loops through each row, it will calculate the value in the cell based on the table.
