Converting Dates To Different Formats

I'm trying to convert a column of dates from the date format of

Monday, September 20, 2010 06:15 A.M. (cells are formatted as a DATE with English as the Language)

to

2010-09-20 06:15:00

I tried the date formats for different languages. The closest I got was either Danish or Swedish. But that's only if I make it like the format above without the :00 at the end (seconds). If I add it, excel changes the format to something different...

You should be able to use the following custom format:

yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss
