convrt formula to vba function

Hi;
I need to cnvert the following formula into a user function.

=(((B2-TRUNC(B2))-(B3-TRUNC(B3)))*100)+(SIGN(TRUNC(B2)-TRUNC(B3))*32*(TRUNC(B2)-TRUNC(B3)))

where the two input variable are b2 and b3.
I dont think vba has trunc or sign function.
any help is appeciated.
