I need a way to fill in the blanks in the column. Need to copy the information in a cell down the blanks cell until it comes to a cell with information then copy that information down the next filled cell. Continue this until all cells in the column are filled.

Is this what you want...

Let's assume this is your data:

<b>Sheet1</b><br /><br /><table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" style="font-family:Verdana,Arial; font-size:10pt; background-color:#ffffff; padding-left:2pt; padding-right:2pt; "> <colgroup><col style="font-weight:bold; width:30px; " /><col style="width:72px;" /></colgroup><tr style="background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; font-weight:bold; font-size:8pt; "><td > </td><td >A</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >1</td><td style="text-align:right; border-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">10</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >2</td><td style=" border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; "> </td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >3</td><td style=" border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; "> </td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >4</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">5</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >5</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">4</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >6</td><td style=" border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; "> </td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >7</td><td style=" border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; "> </td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >8</td><td style=" border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; "> </td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >9</td><td style=" border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; "> </td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >10</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">1</td></tr></table> <br /><br />

And you want to end up with this:

<b>Sheet1</b><br /><br /><table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" style="font-family:Verdana,Arial; font-size:10pt; background-color:#ffffff; padding-left:2pt; padding-right:2pt; "> <colgroup><col style="font-weight:bold; width:30px; " /><col style="width:72px;" /></colgroup><tr style="background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; font-weight:bold; font-size:8pt; "><td > </td><td >A</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >1</td><td style="text-align:right; border-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">10</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >2</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">10</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >3</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">10</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >4</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">5</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >5</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">4</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >6</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">4</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >7</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">4</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >8</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">4</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >9</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">4</td></tr><tr style="height:17px ;" ><td style="font-size:8pt; background-color:#cacaca; text-align:center; " >10</td><td style="text-align:right; border-right-style:solid; border-bottom-style:solid; border-left-style:solid; border-width:1px; border-color:#000000; ">1</td></tr></table> <br /><br />
It's simple to fill in the blanks...

Hit function key F5
Click Special
Select Blanks>OK
Type an = equal sign
Press the UP directional arrow key
Hold down the CTRL key then hit Enter
