copy and paste data and close file (VBA)

Please suggest VBA code to copy and paste columns of data (A through R) from an opened .CSV file into another spreadsheet named "Test.xlsm".
Data needs to be pasted into row 8 in Test.xlsm. In .CSV data starts in row 1. I would like to close .CSV file after data has been pasted.
