Copy current region but don't include header row

Hello All,

I would like a macro that copies the current region but doesn't include the header row.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Try this
Dim rng As Range
Set rng = Range("a1").CurrentRegion
Set rng = rng.Offset(1, 0)
Set rng = rng.Resize(rng.Rows.Count - 1)
rng.Copy
