Copy One Row Multiple Times

Can someone help? Is there a way to part of one row in a worksheet to all the rows in another worksheet?

Worksheet 2 has existing info in Columns A-D. I would need to stop the paste at the last row that already has information .

Perhaps along the lines of:

Dim rngCopy As Range
Set rngCopy = Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A1:J1")
With Sheets("Sheet2")
    .Range(.Cells(1,"D"),.Cells(.Rows.Count,"D").End(xlUp)).Offset(,1).Resize(,rngCopy.Columns.Count).Value = rngCopy.Value    
End With
Set rngCopy = Nothing
