copy past the data through auto filter.

Hi All,
I am very new for this need help.
I have one excel (assignment) in assignment I have Raw data as sheet name.
Raw data sheet have lot of data I need to assign individual to all employees and employees have different different naming excel copy the data from Raw data sheet and open respective excel and past.
pls help me.
