Im using the code below to copy each item from the "custregdirector" field and paste it into a new workbook, however all I seem to get is a blank new workbook, when im expecting a great many workbooks all with at least 10 rows of data. The PivotTable is "PivotTable3" and the Item field is "custregdirector"

Can anyone advise? Also im not a programmer, this code was given to me by another forum user.....

Sub CopyPivotPages()
'copy of pivot table for each item in page field
On Error Resume Next
Dim pt As PivotTable
Dim pf As PivotField
Dim pi As PivotItem
Dim wb As Workbook
Set pt = ActiveSheet.PivotTables(1)
Set pf = pt.PageFields(region)
For Each pi In pf.PivotItems
Set wb = Workbooks.Add
pt.PivotFields(pf.Name).CurrentPage = pi.Name
pt.TableRange2.Copy

With wb.Sheets(1).Range("A3")
.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues
.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteFormats
End With
wb.Close True, pi.Name & ".xls"
Next
Application.CutCopyMode = False
End Sub
