Copy Pivot Items

Im using the code below to copy each item from the "custregdirector" field and paste it into a new workbook, however all I seem to get is a blank new workbook, when im expecting a great many workbooks all with at least 10 rows of data. The PivotTable is "PivotTable3" and the Item field is "custregdirector"

Can anyone advise? Also im not a programmer, this code was given to me by another forum user.....
