Copy rows and add column per month

I am desperate and would appreciate any help.
The first row of a lease must be copied per month until there is a amendment. Then that row must be copied until 2024M7.
There can be more than one amendment so each time the date changes that row must be copied further.
A column must be added indicating the year and month.

Try the formula in cell D10 and onwards :

=YEAR(C10)&"M"&IF((MONTH(C10)+COUNTIF($B$10:$B10,B10)-1)>12,(MONTH(C10)+COUNTIF($B$10:$B10,B10)-1)-12,(MONTH(C10)+COUNTIF($B$10:$B10,B10)-1))
