Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

As you can see in htis Macro I have named my range Data before running the filter, you need to either name your range or substitute with an actual range ("D1:G30") for example.

Code:
Sub MoveVisible()
Dim NextRow As Long
    NextRow = Sheets(2).Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row + 1
        Sheets(1).Range("Data").SpecialCells(xlVisible).Copy Sheets(2).Cells(NextRow, 1)
End S

thanks you so much i modified the code to input a blank row between each copying like this

Code:
Sub MoveVisible() Dim NextRow As Long     NextRow = Sheets(2).Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row + 2         Sheets(1).Range("Data").SpecialCells(xlVisible).Copy Sheets(2).Cells(NextRow, 1) End S

but can you modify so that it will insert a space in each blank rows that separate each copying
so that i can filter whole sheet2 for blank cell and put heading for each copying category
