Hi guys,
We export our data from our accounting software. It offers a lot of information, but we are only interested in a few of the numbers.
This tab is called pnl. The whole file is called Oktober 2016. In a different tab we make a selection. Basically we are only interested in the revenues, cost of goods sold, and the profit.
Our revenue and COGS are split up into different products, but we are only interested in the totals. We are using the following formula:
=SUMIFS(pnl!S:S;pnl!F:F;"Revenue")
=SUMIFS(pnl!S:S;pnl!F:F;"COGS")
So far, so good.
When we copy the file and want to make the file for November 2016, it doesn't copy the formulas the way it should. We get the following formula:
=SUMIFS('[Oktober 2016.xls]pnl'!S:S;'[Oktober 2016.xls]pnl'!F:F;"COGS")
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this problem (or a completely different solution to this problem).
Thanks in advance.
