Copying data from another worksheet

Hi Everybody, I want to copy the data from same workbook (for Staff roster purpose) with worksheet ( sheetname is yyyymm like 202106 ) to another sheet ( 202107 ) based on the name in column A and date in row 2. See pictures. Both worksheets have table data range from Column A to Column AL.
Need to copy for example - Ben's last 5 days value of June in sheet 202106 to new sheet (202107) of that 5 days in column C to G.
How to use index, match or countif functions to get this job done in vba.
