Corrupt File help needed

Hi

I have a corrupt file that I received from a manager that he needs fixed.
He always had it on a stick and tried opening it today and cant.
I tried a evaluation copy of ExcelFIX and the program displays all the tabs and most of the data so the data is there. I cant justify buying a activation key for $90 for one file. I have searched online for help and fixed and cant find anything.

Can any of you suggest a way to fix the file? It is located at the link below.
I am stumped and need help. (both machines are using Excel 2003)

If it could be fixed easily, companies wouldn't be charging $90 for the software. Ask your manager if the file's worth $90.

Otherwise advise him to revert to the most recent backup.

The manager did not keep a back up of the file, if he did I wouldn't have posted.

I understand as to why they charge $90 but what I was asking was if anyone knew of a way to correct this issue I am having. People tend to find off the book ways of resolving things on there own and wanted to see if anyone had this happen to them before. And if so how they corrected it.

Can anyone help?
