Please explain what does "CDbl(Time)" does in the macro below?
I have also seen Cdate, CVdate, Cdec etc...is there a website i can learn what all this function means ....but please explain to me this works..

ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Myexcel").Range("MyClock").Value = CDbl(Time)<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p></o:p>
NextTick = Now + TimeValue("01:00:00")<o:p></o:p>
Application.OnTime NextTick, "Updateclok"

"Many thanks everyone!!!!;)"
