<style type="text/css">

</style>
<table class="tableizer-table">

<tr><td>12</td><td>32</td><td> </td><td> </td><td>43</td><td> </td><td> </td><td> </td><td>54</td><td>45</td><td>67</td><td>78</td><td>98</td><td>3</td><td>3</td></tr>

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
If you can have an empty column (that might be hidden) after the last column of you dataset (empty column O in this example), then try

=COUNTIFS(A2:N2,"<>",B2:O2,"")
