Count how many times a pattern occur

Hi Members,

I'm looking to count how many times each pattern occur. I tried using COUNTIFS but not luck. Like this: =COUNTIFS($Q25,"=GP1",$R25,"=GP2",$S25,"=GP3",$T25,"=GP4",$T25,"=GP5")

For example GP1 GP3 and GP4 is a pattern
GP1 GP2 and GP4 is another pattern a so on

Maybe another function or the same countifs but i'm missing something
