Count to check if any cell has more than 250 characters

I have a table and I need to ensure that the cells in each of the column are not greater than 250. Is this possible with a formula? Thanks
MSQ_BySE_QuantityBreakPoints[QT_HDR_NOTES]

I tried =COUNTIF(MSQ_BySE_QuantityBreakPoints[QT_HDR_NOTES], "*>250") and it didn't work.

=MAX(LEN(MSQ_BySE_QuantityBreakPoints[QT_HDR_NOTES]))>250
