Count values across two columns

Hi

In the sample data I need to count the values that are "19/20" in column c unless a greater year is in column B e.g. row 4. If both columns match do not double count.

Hello there, what do you mean? you want to count only values with n/a in column b, all other values are either greater than 19/20 or 19/20.
