Count values with different criteria

Good afternoon Gents

I'm working in a file with many data.
The information that i want to work is the following:
  • column 1 - work orders created by the Technician
  • column 2 and 3 and 4 - comments A+ B+ C
  • column 5 - list of comments by type
I need to resume how comments per type were made by the same Technician.
