Count word in cell

I am trying to count the occurence of word in a column with this formulas =COUNTIF(E4:E98,"*Zambia*") but i don`t know why, i can`t count one of this word

In the column, i have many words of countries ex Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda,
Sierra Leone, Gambia, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe
