I have a spreadsheet where I would like to know how many days there are from the current date until specified dates. I am using the Today() function to obtain the current date and I have entered some dates that I would like to countdown to in column B. I know how to obtain the amount of time left in years, months, and days, but I would like to just have the amount of time in days. Thanks.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.

Just subtract one from the other, and format the cell as a number.

Hope this helps,
