Hi guys,

I have a data sheet with 500+ rows. Each assigned the number of hours worked, in the different months and the cost. Hence, some employees stops in the organisation over the year, I would like to show both the cost- and count of employees in each month.

However when I make the pivot for the count, it still counts "0" cost cells from the data sheet. Do you know of any work-around, where I don't have to add 12 new months in the datasheet with the countif formula?

PFA (yellow marked should be 0, as the cost is)

Thanks in advance,

whats your current formula?

The pivot isn't based on any formulas atm. I could simply extend the data source by adding 12 months of "Countif("xx">0;1;0)". But it would be more practical if I could do the calculations directly in the pivot table.
