Countif in pivot table

Thought this would be straightforward but I can't see how to do this. Need to know how many staff from each department are over a certain amount which is cell-based. HR should be 3 etc.

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December

Yes it is possible with a addition of a column. see the attachments
