Countif plus And Statement - 4 Conditions

Formula needs to count all rows that meet this criteria:

Range H3:H5000=1
Range C3:C5000="Base"
Range CA3:CA5000<>""
Range CL3:CL5000=""

Tried authoring a couple times now and it isn't working. Maybe I am missing some parentheses..

Did we ever establish what version of Excel you're using?

This will work in any version:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(H3:H5000=1),--(C3:C5000="Base"),--(CA3:CA5000<>""),--(CL3:CL5000=""))
