Howdy!

I am trying to create a simple way to count apartment units that are being painted by a vendor or in-house. The goal would be to count if all 3 cells match which would identify a full unit compared to partial. I tried using =COUNTIFS(C38:C141,"In-House",D38:E141,"In-House",E38:E141,"In-House"). The error #VALUE! was returned. Any help would be appreciated.

You had a typo:

=COUNTIFS(C38:C141,"In-House",D38:D141,"In-House",E38:E141,"In-House")
