I have a question I really hope someone can help with. I am doing a vacation accrual, and what I want to do is write a formula that says if check dates are between x and y dates then give the total number of hours taken between those dates. Thank you so much.

Try (untested)
=SUMPRODUCT((A1:A100 > = DATEVALUE("26/07/2010")*(B1:B100 < = DATEVALUE("26/07/2010")*(C1:C100))

where A1 is start date
B1 is end date
C1 is number of hours

Thank you so much. One more question if you dont mind. On one page I have a list of names dates of hire and check dates. Next to the check dates I have hours so I can plug in this formula and it should search the check dates for that person and let me know how many total hours between the dates he has used? Also how do I like that formula from one worksheet to the worksheet with the data. Thank you again.
